NTA NEET 2020: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has started applications for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for the entrance examination for undergraduate level medical courses admission including MBBS and BDS. National Testing Agency (NTA) will be able to apply for NEET UG 2020 exam from today.
Candidates can go through the official website nta.ac.in or ntaneet.nic.in and complete the application process. Form will be released on the official website at 4 pm.
How long can one apply
The application window will be open till December 31, 2019. At the same time, the examination will be taken on 3 May. The result of the examination will be released till June 4, 2020. Candidates who clear the NEET exam will have to appear for the counselling round organized by the Ministry of Health, Government of India.

Important notification for NEET 2020
The academic year 2020, NEET has become mandatory for admission to MBBS and BDS courses in all medical colleges/institutes including AIIMS and JIPMER (Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research). Earlier AIIMS and JIPMER used to conduct separate entrance exam for admission in MBBS and BDS courses. In this year, AIIMS and JIPMER will also be admitted through National Eligibility cum Entrance Test. 192 crore came from NEET 2019 admission applications
The National Testing Agency has earned more than Rs 192 crore from the application fee of NEET-2019) . examination for admission to MBBS and BDS courses in medical education and dental education colleges.It was conducted on May 5, 2019 . The process of filling the online form to participate in this examination was kept from November 1, 2018 to November 30, 2018. The registration fee was fixed for general and OBC candidates 1400 and Rs 750 for SC-ST etc. Of these, a total of 15,19,375 candidates had registered, out of which 14,10,755 candidates had participated in the examination. Neet 2019 result was declared on 5 June.
